Lauren Ash-Morgan is an actress and member of SSC's board since 2011 is the founding co-artistic director for the newly established theatre firm Speech of Fire. She worked as the Artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 until the end of 2019. She also served as the producer Costume/set designer, writer/musician, and coach of the text for SSC when she was the Artistic Director of SSC. While she was usually at the in front of the acting troupe however, during her final year at SSC she was promoted to director as well as a lighting designer.
